Sarah, our National Co-Director for the UK & Ireland, attended the TEAM (The Employment Agents Movement) Annual Conference on Friday 24^th June.  As a professional recruiter, it’s one of the must-attend events of the year for her.  Sarah loves to meet up with her peers in the industry to share ideas and best practices and find ways to collaborate.

There was a festival theme this year, to celebrate being able to join together in person after nearly three years without a physical conference occurring.

One of the common topics of conversation this year, was the increasing importance of digital tools and software to help recruiters to source the right candidates for their client vacancies. The global skills shortage has meant that a more proactive approach to resourcing roles is required as online job boards only access the active work seekers.  In addition to this, the majority of job board providers have increased their prices significantly.  Some as much as 400% in the UK. 

Sarah took the opportunity to share how Matching4You can help busy recruiters advertise their open vacancies, cost-effectively, while the system takes care of the matching.
